Brad Feld discusses the importance of taking time off (all the way off the grid, that is). No email, no texts, no check-ins, no phones for that matter; no computers or laptops, no sneaking into the business center, if possible even no TV, movies or electricity! Just total and complete rest and relaxation. Four times per year, once per quarter (3 month periods 1.Jan-Mar, 2.Apr-Jun, 3.Jul-Sep, 4.Oct-Nov)
